I recently engaged Local Gate Service to construct and install a custom sliding gate with a Liftmaster gate operator for a multifamily property in the East Bay. They completed the fabrication and installation on time and I was extremely pleased with the results. Shawn was very helpful through every step of the process including a thorough briefing on all the gate’s features once installation was complete. Really appreciated their attention to detail and would use them again in a heartbeat for similar jobs!

Ron and Sean from Local Gate Service made putting in a gate across our driveway as painless as possible. I talked with four companies and finally chose Local Gate Service because they were by far the most responsive out of all the companies I talked with. My wife and I had a lot of ideas we were trying to work through. Ron helped us from the very start with examples of what would be possible for our driveway. He talked us through several iterations of ideas. My wife and I decided on a custom built gate and a Lift Master electric gate operator. When it came to installing the gate and gate operator they provided the same level of service. Sean told me what needed to be done and we worked out a schedule. Then they did the work when and how they said they were going to do it. If I had any questions he was there with answers. After it was installed he walked me through its operation, maintenance and questions I had. I have since given their name to several neighbors who have admired the gate.

Shawn and Ron were everything you could hope for from a family run business. They were friendly and professional and care about quality customer service. I wanted a single swing gate with redwood slats for privacy and security for my driveway. They delivered a great gate in a reasonable timeframe. The build is quite sturdy with a heavy duty steel frame, pillow block bearing hinges, a LiftMaster swing gate operator, and a mag lock to keep it closed on windy days. They even gave me a tutorial and walkthrough of the system so I can add remotes and diagnose issues myself. All in all I’m happy with the product and the service!

Local Gate Service was a breeze to work with. We loved that they gave us 3 different options to fix our gate.I would highly recommend using them if you want to work with a company who is professional, on time and great communicating with clients through the whole process.

I’m very pleased with the new gates custom fabricated by Local Gate Service. Shawn was a great partner to work with. From the early stage design consult to all the way through the fabrication and installation he was always professional. There were a few bumps in the road along the way (as there are with all projects), but Shawn was super communicative, and always kept me up to date. I’m super pleased with the outcome and it was well worth the wait to get exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Shawn and Local Gate Service for the amazing work. I’d absolutely work with them again.

I called for a quote on a wood fence. they don’t do just wood fencing but he was very helpful and recommend me to call some where else… he was very patient and informative.

Just finished my swing gate motor installation with local gate Service and I’m happy to say that they really know how to communicate I would be happy to refer ew clients to them I’m sure this guys would not disappoint Installing a dual swing gate motor is no easy task also not cheap so I had to get a few estimates after talking to many different companies I finally found one that I can count on!

I’ve talked to more then a few gate companies and I found that communication is key. When you get in to a project like this you often don’t realize what you getting in too. I’m really happy about my new automatice dual swing gate and such a huge change in our quality of life now we don’t have to get out of the car! Also got a new telephone entry system with a built in camera so we can let people in using our smart phone. Not to mention new safety sensors! So thank allot to local gate Service and there staff.
