Scott took our money and ran! He said 4-6 weeks and 3 months later and he has missed both installation dates without any communication. Very unprofessional! I have requested my money back and I have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed.

The company wasted my time. Scott was late to the first appointment. He said he would send a quote for the measurement he took. I never heard back for over a week, called to check. Got the run around for weeks his office said Scott would call me. I called again. Said they’d check with Scott. Still no response. I said if he doesn’t want the job say so. Finally, after another call, I got someone to tell me Scott took on a large job are out 9 months and not taking on new jobs until January 2023. So don’t bother getting work done any time soon. Why would the owner come out to waste my time and not have the professionalism to call me or any one in his office to tell me that weeks ago. Therefore, they are unprofessional and have no respect for customer service. That’s why I gave one star.

Run! Look elsewhere! After waiting 8 weeks they rescheduled our installation 3 times, poor communication, office can’t answer any questions owner runs entire co. Then tried hiring them to expand what they did 6 months ago but as usual rescheduled appointments we made and doesn’t return calls. Extremely unprofessional company.

California Fence Co did a great job on our back yard fences. I would recommend them. Our yard looks great now!

Scott, Ryan and their crew did an excellent job. I chose the redwood fence with a gate. Scott worked with me to remove my old fencing and a ton of ivy that had overgrown on it. They went above and beyond to get it cleaned up and finished fast. I’d highly recommend California Fencing Company.

Thoroughly research this company before you commit to anything. Also, make sure you do not give them any deposit money without seeing a fence in the ground.

Scott Lenox of California Fence Company did a great, fast and affordable job for me. I had two rotting wooden gates with two different size openings. I purchased Duramax vinyl gates from him. Because of the awkward way the walls meet my house and a gas line there, the gates had to open out which is not typical. It required some creative engineering, but Scott sent a team of guys and they figured out how to mount it to make it work perfectly. They knocked it out fast. They were done in less than 2 hours. The vinyl is so much more sturdy and classy looking. Plus it’ll last forever without having to paint it or varnish it, etc. The price was great too. Not much more than wood, but the benefits were way better.

I have very high standards when it comes to home improvement projects – some even call me a perfectionist. That said, upon completion of the PVC vinyl fence project, I can confidently say that California Fence Company is the real deal. These guys really know what they’re doing – from planning the project to completion. Their crew really takes pride in their work. I’m extremely pleased with the final product. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
