This company was unbelievably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. This isn’t even about their work, I requested a bid. I reached out to them (JIM) and requested a bid. He said they were not interested in doing the work. I asked if he could send that in an email to show we did our due diligence in the bid process. He got rude and said he would have to charge us. I said you did not do anything except say you do not want to do it; all I need is for you to say that in the email. He started to complain, saying everything cost money. Apparently, a two-minute email would bankrupt them. Poor business. Very unprofessional.

I’ve had Champi do several fences and gates over the years but my recent experience was terrible. I called several times over a roughly month long period and finally got someone to come out and give an estimate. The guy showed up, took some measurements, and then left without saying a word. I never heard back from him or anyone else. I called three or four more times and each time I was told someone would get back to me with the estimate. I gave up after another month of waiting. It’s been about six months since I first called and still no one has called back.

I called on multiple occassions to get aan estimate and even the receptionist was very helpful, individual that that handled that department never called be back or gave me the time of day. I live in Hanford and would rather support local buisness but i simply took my project to some attentive professionals that did the job. And a good job too. Try businesses in Fresno if you need this type of work done.
