We picked this company because they specialized in automatic gates. We all ready had a gate in our front yard, how ever we were tired of getting out to open. I am pleased, to say the lease with Ricky and his crew. His communication was great with my husband I. From the first meeting Ricky came out and was very professional, Ricky and his crew got the job done in a timely manner considering the weather this past week. I would absolutely recommend First Impression Fencing for your next project. Thank you Ricky!

All they did was take the dirt out where the cement and fence will be and left it like that. They brought some blocks and part of the fence. That was in July 2020.. till this date nothing! Supposedly they were waiting on the cement guy but nothing came. Paid 8,000 and they haven’t come back. Blaming it on the Covid. They got sick from that, then got good then again sick. Ignores our calls and when we go in person to the shop, they say they will do it then they says it’s not their company it belongs to his brother. Just all excuses and lies. The address I have is different from the one on here. I have 2806 N Wishon Fresno Ca 93704 United States Supposedly it’s not his company but this address is where Gabino Pizano works and does all his welding. Karma is real and if nothing is done in small court then karma will get them. We never leave this world without getting back what we did. So they got a lot of things coming to them!!

Horrible Service!!! Paid $2000 for a pedestrian gate back in March of 2020 and it’s now November of 2020 and it’s still not complete. It took about 3 months for him to actually install the gate when he told me it would take 3 days to a week! After the gate was installed he never made the wholes for the door handles, there was a lock box installed and it didn’t fit, and one of the post was drilled into my house stucco into no stud!! They used wood shims to try and make the screws to stay but they came out of the wall. Now the gate doesn’t close right. He kept telling me he’d come to fix it and would never come. Then his girlfriend or sister called and said she’s handling his phone calls now and she’ll have his brother, who has a separate company, come and fix the gate. So his brother comes and quotes me a price of $450!! I told him I already paid $2000 you can get it from your brother. He said he can’t all he can do for free is fix the post that’s coming off the wall. Then what do you know, eventually he stopped returning calls and never came. So STAY AWAY from this company. He doesn’t even have an actual contractors license to be making these gates. I will be taking him to small claims court and reporting him practicing without a license.

Ricky Pizano took a $2000 deposit on November 29, 2019 for a new gate motor. He was supposed to buy it and install it and a new gate within 2 weeks. He repeatedly gives excuses for why he hasn’t done the work, he makes appointments to install and then doesn’t show up, and refuses to return my payment. He states that he has my motor, but won’t bring it over. If you do business with this company, do not give any money up front. I would give Zero stars if that was an option. Update:I ended up hiring Automated Access to finish my project and they were able to do the job in a timely manner and did not charge me a dime upfront. Ricky Pizano agreed to pay me the entire $2,000 deposit back. To date, Ricky Pizano has paid me back $1,000 of the $2,000. He was supposed to pay the remaining $1,000 back on September 4th, but hasn’t made a payment yet. I would advise anyone interested in getting a metal gate fabricated or needs a new automatic gate opener to search in the Better Business website for companies that have A or A+ ratings and then verify with the state contractors board that the company has a contractors license, a bond, and workers compensation insurance for their employees. First Impression Fencing has an F rating with the BBB and does not have a contractors license, bond, or insurance.

Ricky P. Took $11,000.00 from me and did basically nothing (put in a few posts) and now refuses to return the money because he spent it. This happened last Thanksgiving and is still no fence, no money.

DONT HIRE!!! He is fraud!! If I had opportunity to give him negative star, I would have given!!
