We just had Tornado Fence installed a chain link gate for our property. We have a bad experience with this company. Jose, the owner, was kind of pushy to have my wife sign the contract from the beginning. On the date my wife signed the contract with Tornado Fence, Jose took his sweet time, 2 months, to get a simple gate installed. When we called and asked when our gate would be installed, he said, ” We are busy working on large projects right now.” When we asked if he could come on a Saturday to install our gate, he said, “We do not work weekends because it is our family time.” Wow! Customer satisfaction is non-existent with this company. Furthermore, our gate was not installed correctly, and he wanted us to pay him on the install date. Luckily, we did not pay him on the installation date, or he would have not come back to fix our gate. We sent pictures to him showing the gate was not opening correctly as it was sagging and hitting our driveway. He came the following Monday with his father somewhat irritated. His father snatched the gate out of my wife’s hand while she was asking questions and holding the gate. This is disrespectful to treat a customer like that. This company is interested only in making money and not in customer satisfaction. We would never recommend this company to anyone as there are other fence companies out there who genuinely care about their customers.

Tornado Fence was Great! Done in two days. Arrived on time, and cleaned up leftover debris and scraps. Fence looks beautiful!

Tornado fence is absolutely amazing! Jose was professional and wonderful to work with throughout the entire cedar fence project. His father, Jesus and employees did an amazing job on our entire backyard fence, the gates work perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend jose and tornado fence for all of your fencing needs.

I used this company for two separate fence jobs at my house. Jose is responsive and easy to work with as we had a lot of questions. I would go to Tornado Fence for future work when needed.

They enclosed our backyard area and did an amazing job. Kept our veiw and was able to put post into the boulders. Very good price and amazing work. Will definitely use for our next fence.

We reached out to three different companies and Tornado Fence Co was the only one who reached out to us ASAP and scheduled us just as fast! After they surveyed the area, they gave us a quote the very next day and also gave us an estimate of how long it would take. They removed the old fences, put up the posts and fence in three days, just like they said. We were really impressed with how fast they worked and how professional the company is. The fence looks amazing!

Just had iron fencing installed and a wood gate built on site and installed. Tornado Fence had very competitive pricing, prompt and friendly communication with me, and my fence and new gate were installed within 2 weeks. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and the crew did a great job, including the cleanup! I couldn’t be more happy with my results and highly recommend Tornado Fence Co.
