I can’t speak highly enough of LA Fence Craft Company.The entire experience, from the moment I talked with sales specialist, Chris C. at La Fence Craft was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and efficient, He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns and provided expert advice on the fence required for my project that yielded positive results. He immediately scheduled a visit to walk my yard and provide an estimate. He showed up on time and shortly after I received a very detailed quote and drawing via email. Prior to installation, I had the pleasure of visiting La Fence Craft showroom to have a visual of the fence selected. The owner of La Fence Craft, Mr. Mike took great deal of time to show me all kinds of fences with different materials, styles, and colors; after my visit I was confident with the choice I made for my project. The work is top notch. The installers did an excellent job, they were all polite, showed up on time and worked hard to be finished with installation in one day. So happy to have found this company. Would definitely recommend LA Fence Craft to all who need fence. They are professional, honest, quick to response to inquiry, easy to schedule appointment, and above all fair pricing. I must say, my experience was outstanding and highly endorse their excellent service, expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction!!! Pauline B.

UPDATE To those reading this review: I disagree with everything Deondra is saying in her response. First, the company has more to lose from my review than I do, so this justification of what happened is unnecessary and also FALSE, it’s almost laughable. Secondly, we do not know who this “project manager” she’s referring to is. The only person we have communicated with is Mark, so if he is the “project manager” then the issue still stands in terms of unprofessionalism, lack of communication and overall incompetence of how to run a company properly. Thirdly, nothing was to our “satisfaction”. We even spoke to the person who installed the fence with specific questions about when the job will be completed since it was left undone for several days, and his response was ALWAYS, “I don’t know” and directed us back to the “office”, which of course is useless since it’s apparent that everyone in the “office” also seems to not know anything. Fourthly, the “typo” Deondra is referring to on the invoice is regarding incorrect calculations of the final balance due, not a word that was misspelled as she implies. Also, once the final and CORRECTED invoice was received a few days ago, the payment was made by us. Lastly, Deondra’s response to my review confirms the company’s unprofessionalism and incompetence; this is made clear by her ending her response by writing “…which we have not received as of yet” in reference to our payment. Also, when the “owner”, Mark, calls you and accuses you of not paying, before even checking with his staff, that in of itself is poor practice for any business. So, my initial review stands and even confirms more to me that I would never recommend this company to anytime. I wish Yelp would allow reviewers to leave NO STARS. ——- If I could give no stars, I would. The only good thing about this company is the first impression Mark gave. He presented himself to be polite and patient, ensuring that the work would be done professionally and to the description we discussed. But that’s where the good stops. The work done on a family members home required to be mircro-managed by us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. They provided incorrect materials contrary to what was initially discussed and in the end, they provided an incorrect invoice THREE TIMES. There was no apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing on their part, despite the fact that we corrected their invoice mistake that indicated we owed LESS, so we did a service to them by letting them know. I don’t see a need to do someone else’s job when we are the ones who hired them. Even after indicating that their invoice was incorrect, Mark badgered us with multiple calls, texts and emails stating that we are not paying our bill, when all we asked for was the CORRECT invoice to pay. It’s extremely unprofessional for a customer to request that a company speak amongst themselves to figure out the issue before contacting the customer and accusing us of not paying. In the end, not only did we supervised all the work that was actually being done at the house, we had to continue supervising the administrative work to make sure that the invoice was correct. The work provided and the handling of management by Mark, specifically, was unprofessional and incompetent. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second job these folks (LA Fence Craft) have done for us and they both turned out great. The first job was a front-yard enclosure that included about 200 feet of fence and a custom gate that required some “invention” on their part. David and his crew were the 1st who respond to our request on Yelp. David is the ultimate professional, a kind human being, and he is on top of every single detail from quote to installation. Thank you guys

Mike and his team did a great job on the install for our investment property. We had 2 single and 1 double swing gate replaced. Although we had a hiccup with the original fencing, in the end we received a great product and excellent install. The wood grains on this vinyl fencing are fantastic and it really updates the look of the property.

A quick review of their work. They did a great job and putting up the wood fence in our backyard which was a difficult install due to a fence already being there which was the neighbors fence and there was a boundary issue. We also ask them to install a wood fence, which would replace an existing wood fence, and also move a vinyl fence. They did not do so well on the front yard. They did a good job with the wood fence, but when they move the vinyl fence they didn’t really pay attention to detail and put in the vinyl fence out of alignment with the other vinyl fence adjacent on the sidewalk. Also they left blocks of concrete and wood and trash in the yard which took me a weekend to clean up. I asked if they could come clean up and the owner replied that he was going on vacation and asked me if I couldn’t just take care of it. In other words that’s not my problem it’s your problem. Also he was very difficult to communicate with I would send him several texts and he which respond 3 or 4 days later or not respond at all, and the only time it seemed like he responded was when he wanted to get a payment from me. What I use this company again, probably not as it seemed like they were just interested in doing a social job and getting paid and just getting out of there. It would have been nice if the owner met me in person did a walk-through of the final work and then ask for payment making sure I was completely satisfied, but no we just had a verbal discussion over the phone which was rushed at best.

La Fence Craft just completed a new fence for me. The fence is beautiful and will be a good investment in my property. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He explained all my options and discussed all the details with me. His crew of craftsmen did very professional work in a timely fashion. Mher gave us a Privacy Fence much needed having a little dog that could slide through our old wooden broken fence. He pretty much put it up within a couple days of hard work, gave us an amazing price for the exceptional service, and have been super happy and feeling safe with the fence for over a year now. I loved his work and quality so much I recommended him to my mom and now she has a beautiful divider privacy fence. Much love Mher from all of our family. Thanks so much, Tatti
