I hired Pat for garage repair on a rental property. He sorted out the details with the property manager and the insurance company. And Pat made the whole thing really simple and painless for me. Before hiring Pat for repairs, I had received multiple overpriced quotes from other businesses. Pat’s offer, on the other hand, was really reasonable and fair.
