Stated it would only be two weeks or so and it was closer to two months. Then once fence was finally installed the workers left the fence ties and trash in our yard, with no gate installed for several days.

I called to see if they did corrugated metal fencing. The girl that answered the phone put me on hold and asked someone else. She came back to tell me that they would come look at it. I told her it is not what I have now, but what I am wanting to get. So she proceeding to try and schedule a time for someone to come look at it. Then told me it would be $50. I told her I am not paying for someone to come look at it and tell me you can’t do the material I am wanting. She said that was the way it was. I told her I am not doing that. I should at least know if they were able to do the job at all before I have to pay for someone to come out there. Thanks but no thanks. That is a shady business practice.

Scheduled and paid for an appointment to provide an estimate. Took off work to be home for appointment. No call, no show. When contacted, manager CB stated the office staff had called my cell to reschedule but did not leave a message. Hmm. Had my email address, had my credit card number, had my cell number, and no voicemail left, or text, or email. You decide. Waiting for my estimate refund.

Yeah they started pricing themselves out of a job when they wanted a 50 dollar estimate fee. I dont think so.
