When I called to ask how much it would be to have my central air looked at I was quoted $90 an hour plus parts. When they came to look at it, the repairman was here for 43 minutes and used a peice of cardboard from my garbage with my husband’s help to create a temporary repair. I was charged $180 for this. I called the next day to ask why we were charged so much and she said she’d call me back after my invoice was turned in. She never called back so I called again. She said that it’s an hour minimum charge for anything and they charge from when they leave the shop to when they return. Apparently he pushed his truck to my house in Green River and back to Rock Springs because it took him an hour. Even though he called me before he came and said he was already in Green River and was giving me notice of his arrival and told me he had another house to go to after leaving mine. I’m guessing all of those Green River residents paid an hour of drive time also. Will die of heat stroke before I give my money to this business.
