These people never return or answer phone calls. Person was sent out to do a job that he had no idea what he was doing. Ended getting another company out and had problem diagnosed in 10 min. This company is a joke.

I’ve have Renken do numerous projects over the last few years , everything from replacing my hot water heater and installing my water softener to fixing my ac unit. They have always come out the same day for Ac problems and fix the same day! Highly recommended!

Did the hvac at my new store. Roof started leaking. They blamed it on the units freezing up because of dirty filters. Turns out, they installed the p traps backwards! Then I called to have them fix the thermostat that they wired wrong and never got a call back after 3 messages, cause they never answer the phone. I called someone else.

Requested an estimate for a water softener install. Nope. They won’t look at a small job before doing it. They’d rather have me pay for the time they need to figure out what parts they need. “It’s not worth it,” they say. Well, I say that too! They feel entitled to my $$
