It took someone 3.5 hours to respond to an emergency call (no air conditioning). When he arrived, he was not able to fix the problem (no part). He left at 9:45 p.m. with the following message: IF they have the part, they will come back to repair tomorrow. If not, it could be 3-5 days for the part to arrive. It is summer, hot, humid, and I do not feel well. This house is brand new and we have no air conditioning after five days of use since we moved in at the end of June (today is July 7). I don’t know who installed the HVAC system when the house was built. But, it should work more than five times. The builder? The HVAC folks? Pharo? I don’t know or care. I do know that the air conditioning is not working. Ask me for a rating once the system is working. UPDATE: Monday at 10:00 a.m. The air conditioning seems to be working! I greatly appreciate the expedience with which this issue was addressed this morning. Thank you!
