I have known Mike for years and have used his service for many years. Service is always prompt, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to all who need HVAC service. I also recently found out that they hire veterans. Great place with which to do business.

I’m changing my review of this place. They don’t call you back, they make a lot of assumptions and take the easiest way to anything. No way to pay online, 3% convenience fee, and really really bad communication. The job was done fine… Everything else was not. I’ve worked a few times with them since and communication is still terrible – but I’m willing to up them to 3 stars because the people are very nice consistently… Even though they don’t get back to you.

Austin provided after-hours service when my time was at a premium. He was knowledgeable, informed, and courteous. What would have taken another service company three hours to diagnose and repair, Austin accomplished in 30 minutes. Kudos to Austin and a big thumbs up 👍 to Four Seasons Comfort LLC. Everyone we had contact with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Mike, Lucas, Hunter, Brayben and Lucas-2 worked together to come up with a solution to a challenging remodel situation. We appreciated their creativity and willingness to make it happen. Abby scheduled the work in a timely manner and patiently answered questions when I called. Great teamwork! Thank you!!

We have been using Four Seasons Comfort for all our heating and cooling needs for more than 20 years. The technicians are extremely well trained, professional, and willing to offer constructive recommendations. Bottom line – they have earned our trust. Recently we had several issues over a few months with a gas furnace that was past its life expectancy. In just a couple of days a new furnace was installed, and they completed the rebate paperwork! Love these guys!

Mike came out to give me an estimate and, after looking things over with him, we determined that I could do the work myself. Mike was honest and helpful! I will definitely contact Four Seasons Comfort when I have any other HVAC needs.

Our 30+ year old second floor furnace died on Friday evening. We woke up to a chill on Saturday morning and called Four Seasons Comfort. Ethan answered the off hours phone line and told us he would do his best to stop out if he could. He was able to come a few hours later. After inspecting the unit, he said it would be more cost effective to replace the entire furnace instead of just the fried motor, given that there was no guarantee other things wouldn’t need to be replaced in the immediate future. We greatly appreciated his honesty. We scheduled for the furnace to be replaced the following Wednesday due to our work schedules. Thankfully the weather was unseasonably warm so we were able to manage. Hunter and Lucas came to replace our furnace. They were able to arrive a little earlier in the day than anticipated which was great. They were very professional and took extra care while transporting the new furnace up our stairs which include 2 landings and a big sharp turn as well as the old furnace back down. The replacement took about 2 hours. These 3 guys, along with Tricia in the office, helped make this process smooth and painless. If you are looking to have any HVAC work done, I strongly recommend and encourage you to give them a call. They are passionate about taking care of their customers and building long-term relationships with them.
