The technician that serviced our AC today was great. He was on time, very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. After a brief description of the issue he knew immediately what to check for and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable too.

We have been with Bay Area Services for over 10 years. We moved north and still had them come up and install a new furnace and AC with all bells and whistles three years ago. Past year has been terrible. Last year, I had it tuned up, and then all the problems began with the furnace. They did come up and take care of them twice. Now humidifier is not working, and they wanted $150. 00 just to drive hour away. I contacted a local company, and they found the humidifier was not installed correctly . They also had problems with our Trane furnace interacting with the Honeywell humidifier, not a good match. Cost me $730.00 to fix it. After years of loyalty to Bay Area Sevices they were not loyal to me!

The two young men who installed our furnace where excellent left the place cleaner then they found it. Did an excellent job installing and answered all my questions. We would recommend Bay Area Services to anyone needing heating and cooling setvice.

Furnace and Central Air – From Sales to installation, extremely pleased. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Price was very fair and beat competitors. Definitely would recommend.
