Our AC unit is likely 20 yrs old and today (Saturday) it appeared that the air it was pushing was just not as cold as it should have been. The temp in the house started to rise and by evening we knew there was definitely a problem and we needed some assistance! We called Square One at 8:00 and Steve was here by 8:45 and by 9:15 had replaced the capacitor and had us back up and running! And the cost to us was so much less than we ever would have imagined! We will absolutely call them to replace the unit when we are ready! Since I can’t post a new review, I wanted to update this one. 2 years after the original post, We had SquareOne come back this month to move and replace the unit. Very pleased with the work!! Justin and his crew were fantastic to work with and did a great job! Once again, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for heating or cooling needs!

We had Sam look at our AC unit on a Thursday. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. With his help, we selected a new unit and Square One was able to install it on Monday. Reed and Neptali did a great job with the installation. They kept me informed on the process and were polite, on time and respectful.

Called first thing Monday morning with an AC issue. Danielle fit us in on a day that was booked solid and Steve was at our house within the hour. Professional, courteous, and quick! Our house is cooling down as I type. We highly recommend Square One.

Square One came out yesterday to install a new furnace and an air conditioner. Techs Anthony, Kayden and Nepali arrived on time and did a very professional job. Very knowledgeable and were careful when brought in large equipment which I appreciated. They were kind and answered any questions we had. Also would like to mention the office staff especially Nicole who helped me understand the need for permits. Also appreciate Steve the owner who came out and gave me a fair estimate and advised what was needed. Truly glad I went with Square one and highly recommend them!

John, the technician, was absolutely amazing. We have had other technicians come out for the same problem with our furnace/ac unit and none of them spent more than 5 minutes in our house all resulting in there was nothing wrong with the unit. John spent his time actually listening to my concerns and did everything he could to investigate, locate and fix the problem. He is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent worker. I would highly recommend him!
