Kevin and Justin are always amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and always get us back up and running! Justin installed a new thermostat for us which was a huge headache with an “older” system. Always recommend these guys for my furnace and heat pump needs!!

We contacted Mountain Air to fix several issues with our two heat pump units. We had a cracked coil, a blocked and busted condensate pipe and crushed air ducts in the attic. We also had poor distribution of air towards one end of our second story. The technicians took pictures of the layout in the attic, showed me and explained a plan to begin to fix the distribution problem. They were able to fix everything in a timely manner in a minimum of 2 visits to our house. This was a big deal since we have two small children living here and upsetting their schedules is sometimes disastrous. The technicians were always very professional, kind and patient. They always took their shoes off or wore botties and cleaned up after themselves. It’s been 3 months since all the repairs have been completed and we’ve had no further issues.

I am very happy with Mountain Air. They responded to my initial contact immediately. They showed up exactly when they said they would, carefully explained the problem I was having with my HVAC unit, and gave me a fair and accurate estimate for repair. The technician was clearly very knowledgeable and highly competent, professional, and friendly. The repair the technician made has totally solved the problem and I have had no problems since the repair was made.

This company sets the standard for responsiveness. We have worked with them twice and each time they were engaged and helpful on the first call. We have a warm home tonight because of them. Also, they gave me great advice for a plumbing problem, that resolved a big issue for a $6 DIY repair I resolved at a local plumbing supply house. Very, very appreciative of their help.
