And, online other HVAC companies I’ve worked with, Ed actually measured the refrigerant lines which found the root cause of my issue. I will continue using this company in the future. I recommend Ed’s Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs. We had issues with our heat pump system cooling. I looked at the glowing reviews for Ed’s Heating and Cooling, so I decided to give the local business a shot. I left a message and was contacted back almost immediately. Ed asked a few questions over the phone to understand our issue. He came to our house 30 minutes later and was professional and friendly. He walked me through his process and explained all the steps he was taking to diagnose the issue. His explanations were easy to understand, and it was easier to see the issue. He gave me a fair price and even added a 10% military discount. I will definitely use Ed and his team for all future HVAC issues.

Had a horrible noise coming from our furnace. Ed came out and checked it out and found our fan had fallen apart and broke more inside. He had to drive into Tacoma and back to get it fixed quickly. Great job and quick service! Thanks!!

Ed’s Heating and Cooling LLC repaired my heat pump today and did a phenomenal job. Brandon is very professional and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed my HVAC problem quickly and repaired the issue the same day, after driving to get the parts. The service was reasonably priced, and he has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their heating and HVAC services, there’s absolutely no way I can thank him enough.
