I needed urgent help late on a Sunday night, and Pedro, the owner, answered the phone. He assured me that he could send out a repairman early Monday morning. The problem turned out to be a failed door switch on the HVAC unit, and it was an easy fix. The technician arrived promptly and got the job done quickly. There was no attempt to upsell me on anything unnecessary, just honest and efficient service. Highly recommend!

I have used this company for the last 11 months on multiple customer projects and it has been a seamless experience. These guys are priced extremely fair and always on time. Pedro and Delilah have been awesome to work with. Thumbs up all the way.

[Image 1: frozen indoor unit. Image 2: functioning indoor unit = hours after the appointment, condensation present but no frozen pipes!] 7/1/2024: Discovered AC was frozen and not cooling the house one bit! Called several places. All nice and responsive, but staff only able to offer diagnostic appointments with available dates ranging from 2 days to 4 weeks from now (which is fair, as it IS summer!). Only Central Air Solutions happened to be available the next day, AND offered hope of a possible solution with one appointment (why? Because technician answered the call, and in minutes, was reviewing the images and summary of the problem before available times could even be discussed (disclaimer: not all problems could or should be addressed in this way, but when it’s a fairly common one… ) 7/2/2024: Technician Team arrived on time. Coolant refilled, etc, and customer satisfied. Thank you for easy communication (you control that), and quick response (you control some of that)! I now have TWO HVAC companies on my go-to list.

Our system was short-cycling intermittently. After having another local company visit twice and do nothing more than a superficial diagnosis, Central Air Solutions had a technician at our house the next day. After some testing of the heater and heat pump, they found some likely culprits, replaced a couple of electrical components and the problem was fixed. Really appreciated the customer service…especially their willingness to listen rather than jump to conclusions. Price was very reasonable and fair.

Wonderful service, knowledge, work ethic and value! After getting quotes from others, this company not only quoted lower, but told us about PUD rebates we didn’t know about – then when I called the PUD about the rebates, they told me that they really love working with Pedro and this company, and they are highly reliable and recommended. It was the hottest week of the summer and they got to us very quick, and put in a solid 12 hour day finishing our install, we appreciated it so much!

Called on a Sunday evening (3 times, sorry 😬) and Pedro was generous enough to offer some tips on how to get our unit working until they could come out the next day. We were able to temporarily fix it and cool our house back down, and they were here before 11am the next day to fix the issue. Thank you!! …

I called Friday morning and Pedro was able to fit me in that day. They came and 10 minutes later I had air conditioning again. I will never call any other for my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend Central Air Solutions.
