From first contact to end results, Mathew walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and earned my business with great communication and his knowledge. They worked around my schedule and payed so much attention to the little details during the complete system install, and left the house clean as if they were never there. Their pricing was the most reasonable of several quotes and they really go the extra mile to ensure that I felt taken care of as a customer. Out of the three bids we received to install our new furnace and heat pump system, Narrows took the most interest in our work. Taking time to measure our house to size the system appropriately, letting us know about tax credits available from TPU and the federal government. The work was performed professionally and competently. Narrows also took time to explain how the new system operated. Their bid was in the same range as the other two companies we spoke with. We chose Narrows over those two due to the extra level of customer care and professional service. We highly recommend Narrows.

The good folks of Narrows recently converted our house from an aging gas furnace to a new heat pump system with a bunch of ductwork thrown in the mix to get our 1930s house comfortable top to bottom. I was impressed by their attention to detail during the quoting process to ensure that the system was accurately sized for our house, as well as their friendly professionalism throughout the entire installation process.

I am so happy with my experience using Narrows Heating and Air Conditioning. From the estimate process through installation, Chris and his team were helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went through TPU’s program to update my old baseboard heaters throughout my home with mini split units. Chris helped me understand the project, followed up with me and TPU to make sure everything was going smoothly and submitted his estimate and all paperwork in less than 24 hours. He also took the time to understand my home and lifestyle, not trying to oversell me on units that didn’t make sense for me (as the other companies that I had estimates from did). My installers were on time, cleaned up every speck of dust they made, were personable and answered all of my questions with confidence. I would absolutely recommend this company and am so happy that of the 3 bids I received, I went with Narrow Heating and Air Conditioning.

Narrow’s Heating and Air Conditioning was great! It was very easy to set up an appointment for a quote (heat pump) and they followed up with me afterward. I had other quotes from companies that insisted I needed a lot of additions and when I asked the people at Narrows they informed me that I could do those things but that they were not necessary and my heatpump would work fine without the extras. This was really important to me because I am on a tight budget and I don’t want to be told I have to get things when it’s actually not necessary. Installation was really easy and the workers were very nice and explained things to me. Everything works great and we’re really happy with our choice. Narrow’s has also followed up with me to set up my inspections, which was helpful because I probably would have forgotten.

After getting multiple quotes (Narrows, Mercurios, Kleimann Brothers, etc) I ended up choosing Narrows to install my Mitsubishi ductless minisplit mainly on price. Chris came out for an initial bid that I couldn’t originally afford, but after saving funds and reaching back out to Chris after a few months we were able to pick right back up from where we started. I then had two gentleman come out to do the actual install and talk about linehide placement. I appreciated they took their time to answer my questions on longevity, explain how the technology works best, and how to maintain it for the future. Ended up being a 3 day install for 3 heads and 1 condenser. So far the units work great at heating my home. The summer will tell if they work great at cooling it. Time will tell how it holds up.
