We had Evergreen Home Heating and Energy install a new water heater and furnace, and unfortunately, the quality of their work has been disappointing. Recently, I noticed several issues with the intake and exhaust pipes. Several hanger straps attached to the wall are broken, and one of the joints on the water heater exhaust pipe is leaking water. I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere.

Scheduled a service after gas company discovered a leak in our gas line. In checking out furnace the repairman urged me to have the furnace serviced. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Jesse arrived when scheduled, was polite, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions including providing me with the correct model number and a website to order a replacement filter. Evergreen installed our furnace, hot water heater and gas stove top. Each and every member of the respective teams, from sales to install to service, has been professional, candid, knowledgeable and given us a comfort level essential for a long term business relationship. I can not recommend Evergreen highly enough. 01/08/2024 Evergreen tech Armando called ahead and arrived on time. Began inspection of gas furnace, noticed large discoloration on air filter and suggested that there was a major problem. 30 minutes later, completing a thorough evaluation of the system with his supervisor, Armando gave me the bad news. The heat exchanger (?) had failed, the system had to be shut down, the part was covered by warranty but not available for installation several weeks and I could meet with Evergreen reps to discuss a replacement system . He was direct and left with an agreement to provide the cost for installation of the replacement as well as confirming the meeting to discuss a replacement system. He also offered 2 portable heaters as there was a series of storms coming in and we had a couple of heaters. Armando represents what Evergreen has been for us over the years. Candid, mindful and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 6/25/2024 6 month check up of Trane furnace. Prompt, professional, thorough before and after work completed (only technician who found the light switch) answered all of my questions. I have never had a service person from Evergreen be less than the best. Thank you.
