I called the office right when they opened and was told I’d get a call back from a service technician. Ken promptly called me back, and here we are before noon when I called just a few hours ago – the problem is fixed, and Ken is a friendly professional that is everything you’d hope for in a service technician. He even took the time to explain to me in layman’s terms what was going on. Above and beyond, these folks are now my go to. It’s hard to find good help that’s willing to come out into the rural area I live in, often we have to wait. I will be using Twin City Service Co. and recommending them to any of my neighbors that need some HVAC or related help!

Twin City Service sent out Blake to service my heat pump. Blake is one of the friendliest young men I’ve met and besides that he did an excellent and professional job getting the heat pump functioning properly! He is certainly a valuable asset of the Twin City Service Company!

We have used them a few times now, and will not go anywhere else! Twice in the last two years, we have lost communication between our heat pumps and furnace in the middle of winter. Blake came and ensured we could have temporary heat while we waited for parts. Blake is one of the best tech’s we have ever had provide service for us!

I called to have them fix my pool heat pump. They checked with the manufacturer and found it was still under warranty. Parts and labor were both covered. Great job.

Only company available same day, tech was prompt at returning calls and came over immediately. System repaired in a matter of minutes, tech reviewed thermostat settings with us, and pricing was very fair to skip the 1-2 week waiting period other higher-priced companies were offering. Great prices on their filters too.

I absolutely had to give them a 5 star even though they deserve a 10 star in my book. They were able to come the next day after I called and Chris was amazing and very helpful. Not only did he fix my heater but he also took the time to explain what the issue was and also walked me through an amazing tip on how to get temporary heat in case it died on me again. I highly recommend them.
