We just replaced our condenser on Thursday through EverCool, and they were amazing! Our a/c was on the fritz, going out any time it was over 90⁰ outside, but working in the evening/overnight/early morning. Evercool came out a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed the problem gave us a quote to replace the condenser motor and to replace the whole condenser. We decided to get a second opinion, just to be sure on our decision, through a vendor at a home repair store, and it was over 2x the cost EverCool quoted us. Evercool was the obvious choice. We brought our newborn home from the NICU on Tuesday and the a/c went out during the day. Obviously not great for a NICU baby to come home to that. We called EverCool and asked (politely, of course) if there was any way they could put us for install ASAP because of our child, and they came out the next day to install. We are so, so grateful to them for taking care of us like that.

I am very pleased with EverCool! Polite, honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The repair on my aging AC system was minor, but when I’m ready to replace the whole system, this is the company I will call.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Evercool team this week. From scheduling, ordering of parts, to installation and final inspection of the work, everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. I received a very fair price quote for the work performed and there were no surprise charges beyond my initial estimate. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily and Bailey, the installer, made sure to thoroughly go over the work that was done and also have me inspect it before he departed. I highly recommend Evercool to anyone requiring installation or repair of their heating & cooling systems to reach out to this highly experienced and professional company first.

Jeff was phenomenal, very super smart & friendly! Some AC companies pitch “Replacement” (AC Unit, Air Handler or both) vs “Repair” (what simply needs to be fixed), Not this company! Jeff immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand & repaired in an hour! Cost was in the hundreds (vs other competitors for thousands). This is my go to guy (&company). I’ve passed there info to all my friends & family! Don’t be fooled by others, go to JEFF & EVER-COOL!!! 👍🏼

EverCool is one of those unusual companies, They do honest and fair-priced work. They never try to talk customers into replacing anything that does not need to be replaced, nor do they try to up-sell when the customer needs to have their a/c or heating replaced. Their philosophy is, try everything to fix the problem. If it can’t be fixed, provide the customer with good and fair options.

I can’t say enough good things about Evercool. Since my wife and I bought our house (aka, the money pit) 12 years ago as a foreclosure, Jeff (the owner) and his crew have always provided exemplary professional and customer service to us, regardless of circumstances, for a reasonable price. With that said, I highly recommend them for home heating and cooling repair and installation work.

My AC died during a very hot week in August. Evercool sent a tech when I needed to schedule and he was great. He explained what he was doing, checked out the whole system, and repaired the outside unit. He was professional and efficient. Their price was also reasonable, especially given we were in the midst of a heat wave.
