The dream team has done it again! I have the best experience dealing with this company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Brandon went through every step with me trying to fix my old unit. It was just too old, 21 years old, but he tried to fix it. I decided to replace the entire heating and ac. I’m so glad I did. Had a great experience with Roanoke Mechanical installing a mini split heat pump system. They were organized, quick and easy to schedule with, and thorough, handling lots of details outside of the direct install, like city permitting, registering the Daikin warranty, and coming back to resolve a small issue (not caused by any error on their part) to get the permit approved. Even closed everything out with a gift snack delivery. 🙂 They are clearly committed to providing a great customer experience and following through on their work.
