Great group of people. Showed up on time and followed up. Extremely helpful and provided bids that are very competitive. Diagnosed the issue correctly and didn’t try to up sell me on a completely new system for a TXV repair. Very much recommended.

Jaimie Lazo and Carlos, his assistant, were the best HVAC technician’s I’ve had since Rodney worked as a tech. Without Rodney I switched to several of their competitors but was never impressed. So I returned to ME Flow several years ago, after adding a new system for an addition. To be honest, their quality of service and thoroughness was intermittent. Until Jaimie & Carlos came today. Jaimie explained why my system wasn’t cooling effectively, walked me through setting the thermostats to work better, and fixed it. I’ve owned my home in Old Town Alexandria for 20 years. This was the best HVAC check up and service I’ve experienced in this time. Would highly recommend these guys!

I had a plumber come out because I had no hot water. He changed my NEW cold water inlet and hot water outlet valve. $806 dollars to fix something that needed no attention whatsoever. I called them back and they sent another plumber out. I have a hole in my line underground. He didn’t know where it was but at least he knew what the issue was. Totally disappointed all around.

Ulises Diaz, their tech, showed up early, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and 2 others that other plumbers couldn’t figure out. We joined as members based on his service. Very pleased!

Our furnace and air conditioner were replaced by ME Flow a few years ago. Emerson came this year to do our annual cleaning and inspection of our air conditioning unit. His work was terrific. In addition, I asked about the whole house air purification system, and he was able to tell us how it works, what it would provide *above our current filter system,* and how much it cost. He recommended surge protectors for both our indoor and outdoor units (which are relatively new). Having experienced summer surges in our area, we thought that was a good idea. Everything was able to be provided, installed, and up and running within 24 hours. Emerson is both knowledgeable and friendly; our Labrador was so excited to see him return today! We renewed our annual contract to have ME Flow continue come do our inspections and cleaning with the seasons.

May 21,2020 I have been a longtime customer of ME Flow, Inc Alexandria, VA for almost twenty years. I cannot say enough good things about their expertise and the quality service they provide, from their management team to sales and technicians. I would highly recommend ME Flow. If any problems do arise, they stand behind their work. Recently, I purchased my second American Standard HVAC system from ME Flow. Hugo and KJ installed my new system with assistance from Arturo and Jesús. They did an excellent job and the transition from my old HVAC system to the new system was seamless. May 24, 2020 II recently purchased a new HVAC system that needed some adjustments. I called for service on a Saturday and Alex J came to resolve my problem. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. ME flow sent the best man for the job.

We use ME Flow for all of our residential hvac and plumbing servicing. For HVAC, this was the first time Rutilio was assigned to our appointment. We recently had a new system installed so I didnt anticipate any problems but wanted to prepare for the summer months and using the a/c. Rutilio was so thorough. He spent several hours testing the system because he found a problem. He continued going back and forth between the thermostats on each floor, the main unit and the outside unit. He then took the time to explain the problem to me, document clear suggestions to address the problem and mapped out recommebdations with pictures of the parts, a summary of their function, an explanation of why he’s recommending each suggestion and included the cost of each. He didn’t leave until he was certain of the problem and that I understood all aspects. The ME Flow pricing seems fair to me for service calls. He was professional, courteous and respectful the entire time he was inside our residence. I highly recommend Rutilio and ME Flow. For Plumbing, we had Ulises respond to our appointment, also his first time to our house. We had an old house water filtration system in our basement that we were concerned was rusting. It was connected to the water pipes so required a plumber to remove or alter in any way. Ulises examined the filter and discoloration and took the time to explain the cause of what I was seeing. He gave me options regarding installing the new house water filtration system I bought so I could decide which option fit our situation best. He offered several additional options going forward and was patient in answering my questions. Changing our water filter is complex due to its location and water pipe connections. Ulises took the time to educate me about the basic plumbing flows, system pressures to be aware of, and demonstrated all of the functions of the water filtration system, so I could learn how to do it more efficiently and easily the next time. Ulises was professional, respectful, courteous and willing to take the extra time to make sure I understood the process. I highly recommend Ulises and ME Flow.

First time the technician came too late and said he won’t have enough time to do the diagnosis and I should reschedule (I had told the person who was scheduling the appointment that I have a doctor appointment and need to leave the house by a certain time and they said he’ll be there early enough and I got a notification that he’s on his way but he came a long time after that). So I messaged the receptionist back to reschedule and they never wrote back. I went back to the website and requested a new appointment, explaining what had happened and still never got a response.
