We had all of our main trunk duct and flex hose to each register replaced. This required the crew (Robert C. And Chris H.) to work in very hot and confined spaces. They were very professional and kept us informed at the beginning and end of each day. Very professional and excellent communicators. The job was done top notch. I would not hesitate to use Aire Serv again.

We have been remiss in posting this review and apologize to the terrific Aire Serv techs who installed our systems in early June. We have been Aire Serv clients for about six years. This year after our spring maintenance we decided it was time to begin replacing our existing heat pump units. Dave Lutz our Home Comfort Designer offered to possible solutions and we selected his recommendation for Bosch units. As the install date approached we decided we also wanted to consider a new split unit system for an unconditioned space over our garage. Again we chose a Bosch system. Installation of the upstairs unit was first. The install happened in one day and was accomplished without any drama or issues. The lead tech, Robert, was not only very professional but also very diligent to explain what was going to take place that day. Robert’s crew included Dru, Chris H and Marti L. While part of the crew was installing the second floor heat pump the others began work on running the power, refrigerant and condensate lines for two wall mounted units. At my request the lines were installed in a roof soffit so that the runs were not visible in our lower level living space. The split system installation required two full days with a crew of three niche second day.All went well and we are now enjoying four season use of a loft space that prior to this installation was often too hot or cold to be used comfortably. I also want to recognize Robert for his management of the crew and for the way in which he took time to provide OTJ training for a new tech. This speaks very well of Aire Serv and should give you confidence in the company’s commitment to providing the very best service with the very best techs! THANKS AGAIN TO ROBERT, DRU, CHRIS H AND MARTI L FOR THEIR EXCELLENT WORK!

Aire Serve’s representative, Brandon, was very through when he met with my husband and I regarding our HVAC system. We wanted to replace our whole system and got a few other quotes before talking with Aire Serve. He was very down to earth and broke everything down in layman’s terms to help us understand all of the various options when picking the right system for our home. The installers, JT & Kenny, were amazing! One of the things I appreciated the most is that they were very considerate. If they needed to do something that wasn’t on their radar, they would come and discuss with me first, even down to the little details such as removing carpet in the room with the furnace. They had quite a long job and day, but stayed very professional, respectful, and down to earth the entire time. 100% impressed with Aire Serve and would definitely recommend!

Air Serv reached out to me by text the day before my appointment to remind me of my furnace checkup. Then the day of I was alerted when the tech would arrive by a phone call from the tech that he was on the way. Once here he got right to work. He suggested I get the blower motor cleaned out (which I can do) and a whole house vent cleaning to increase the efficiency. Other than that my 37 year old furnace is just rolling along!
