We had our HVAC go out this weekend during one of the hottest weekends of the year and under a heat advisory. I called AVS at 9pm on a Saturday night after seeing online they are 24/7. They got back to me right away and had a technician out the very next day (a Sunday). The technician was courteous and professional and within 20 minute diagnosed and fixed our AC. They didn’t up charge us for coming on a weekend. Fantastic service and so thankful they could get our HVAC fixed so quick especially because the next few days call for triple digits !

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with residential HVAC service ever!!! The response was quick and technicians came out the same day! I was even provided some troubleshooting info while I was waiting for the on site. My issue was a bit complicated over several days and i was provided responses within 30minutes – even late night in a Saturday!!! Excellent, trustworthy company! Will continue to call on them for all my home HVAC!

Today I was saved from having to deal with being in a house without our AC working. The technician that showed up from AVS was courteous, professional and provided exemplary service. Aneal and William are the guys you want on your AC job, by far hands down the best customer service and quality of work was amazing. 5/5 and definitely recommending for others.
