Derek is honest, fast, reliable and efficient. Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year and Derek went out of his way to get it done asap. It was an exceptional experience all around. Therm-Tech was a life saver when I thought my AC/Furnace was in need of replacement as it was having constant problems. First of all, the company actually answered my call and listened to what I had to say. I was amazed at how many companies never returned my call. Secondly, they were able to repair the system which was significantly less expensive than replacement. This company does things right from customer service to professional repairs.

After pricing AC/Furnaces with other companies, I felt defeated with the service and pricing. Luckily my neighbor had Therm-Tech out doing a new system for their home. Derrick swung by that day and was knowledgeable with the uncommon type of furnace I had. He was able to get me a new system for a whole lot less than the other quotes. He even checked over my moms system to make sure it was good to go for the winter and installed a new thermostat for her and didn’t charge a thing! Nice to have someone you can trust for such a big purchase! He has my business and I will be recommending Therm-Tech to others!

We had Therm-Tech out to our house last winter because the furnace wasn’t working correctly. The Technician showed up on time, quickly found the problem, talked to us about it and quoted a price. He picked up the part and returned the next day. He quickly fixed the problem. This summer, we contacted Therm-Tech again, now with the AC having issues. He found the problems with it and went over the problems and the cost. We decided we wanted to replace both systems since they were getting old and were starting to have problems. The Technician talked to us about our wants and he went over several options and helped us decide on a new furnace and AC. He quoted us a great price that wasn’t going to break the bank. The Technician was at our house a couple days later and installed both units. Went over everything about them, how to use both systems very clearly. He cleaned up after all of his work so well that when he was ready to leave we couldn’t tell he had been there. We will definitely be referring everyone to Therm-Tech. Thank you so much! G
