I called to make sure if the diagnostics were free. The guy that answered refused to tell me and just kept repeating that since I’m renting and not the homeowner he was not allowed to give me any information. He demanded for me to give him the homeowners info even though my lease states that I am to call for 3 estimates before contacting the owner. This guy hung up on me when I tried explaining this. Absolutely disrespectful!

Matt Colosimo was the one who worked on getting my house a new water heater, water pressure system and installed a new toilet. He did an amazing job and was able to come back out here within a few days to get the job done. He was very friendly and professional! I would 100% recommend to friends and family. I bought a new hvac system from Beehive Heating and Air in July of 2022. I have never received any of the installation/equipment paperwork or the warranty paperwork. I have called and texted their team to no avail. The AC makes the main floor freezing cold, but the upstairs never cools off, I was assured this would not be the case by the sales person. In Nov. when I turned on the furnace for the first time, it was installed poorly so the room it is in was a sauna I had to call and get a repairman out to properly finish the installation. When I turned on the AC for the warmer weather this season it simply didn’t work. This is a year and a half old hvac unit, it has never worked properly, and when they came out to fix the AC their installers were to blame for the wiring being wrong so the entire unit didn’t work. I have asked for a management person to call me because this expensive hvac unit has never worked correctly and the 2 yr service warranty will end in July… I have heard from no one in management after being told multiple times they were going to call me… I don’t recommend this company.

Absolutely a perfect transaction from start to finish. From the initial problem with my furnace, which was initially fixed, but couldn’t keep going. I was given complete options. Had all of my questions answered. Ended up with a new furnace and AC. I am so happy. The men that worked here were polite, knowledgeable, and articulate. Jakob, Austin, Justin, Marcus, David were all top notch. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. I will always use Beehive HVAC and/or plumbing for any services I require going forward.

Beehive heating and air service were absolutely wonderful. No high pressure sales pitch, but straight forward and complete service. Jakob or service technician not only was a true professional in his work but answered a berage of questions with confidence. They’ve earned my business.

Great products and excellent service. Installed new furnace and ac which did take slightly longer than expected but only because they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. Would definitely refer Beehive and will continue doing business with them.
