2 for 1 experience with A1. My AC was making a humming noise as if it was trying to turn on but the fan wouldn’t turn over. A1 came out, replaced my capacitor(?) and that seemed to solve the issue momentarily. Paid $220 (service fee + capacitor) for that initial visit. Although the capacitor needed to be replaced there was a larger issue at hand and required another appointment. A1 scheduled another visit that was convenient to my work schedule (outside of standard business hours) and successfully diagnosed the larger issue (full motor replacement). They disassembled the blower, took it back to their shop, cleaned the fixture and installed the new motor in a couple hours. Ended up paying around $750 (no service fee for second visit) for everything. All in all, great experience

They are quick to respond and offer solutions that can help without a visit. When they do come they are thorough and have always fixed the issue with our AC.

They were honest, thorough, explained my options well, and charged way less than the company I called first (who charged me more to do less). Highly recommend if you like people listening to you, and providing choices based on your needs.

They were great. They spent the time to problem solve, and ultimately they were able to fix the problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. They followed up on the night of the service to make sure everything was working. They hey followed up on the next day as well. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We’ve had A-1 come out twice now to work on our furnace and AC. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and did a great job. They send a technician to diagnose and fix your problem unlike other companies who send a salesman to convince you to buy new equipment.

A-1 service is top-tier. The professionals were so knowledgeable and kind to help out and ensure the AC was fixed regardless of the fact that it took longer than the allocated time. I appreciate their service and patience with solving the problem. I would never call anyone but them in the future. Thank you for your great service to fixing my AC.
