Tylor was incredibly knowledge and extremely helpful in getting my HVAC system replaced before the summer heat. He was able to explain everything in lamen and kept me up to date with everything he was doing so I could follow along in the processes and properly take care of and maintain my new equipment.

Tylor is amazing at what he does. My new construction home was not cooling properly because the builder installed a unit that was too small. He was able to manually configure the settings and add refrigerant to address the system underperforming. This is the first time we’ve gotten the inside temperature down to 70 degrees during the summer. So glad I called him for help. Worth every penny.

Our AC unit wasn’t pushing out any cold air. I messaged Tylor around 11 PM last night and he got back to me right away. Tylor was able to come out first thing in the morning and run a diagnostic on my unit. He figured out the issue in less than 5 mins. Would highly recommend using Tylor’s Heating & Air-conditioning LLC in the future.

Tylor gave an accurate time window and was there when he said he would be; didn’t mind me following him around the whole time; took the time to make a thorough diagnostic instead of just stopping at the first problem found; explained everything he was doing and why; and gave a very good recommendation to get the A/C working livably until we can get more expensive repairs done.

I had something going on with my AC and I text Tylor, and he called me back right away on a Sunday. He walked me through what I needed to do and reassured me it wasn’t going to start my house on fire, so I actually slept that night. He came first thing the next morning in the middle of hot July when I know he was really busy. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to talk to me on a weekend and getting there so quickly so I didnt have to stay in a blazing hot house for long. Definitely would recommend.

Working with Tylor’s was amazing. Our home AC went out and they came the day I called, gave me an estimate that evening, and were able to get the replacement install up and running quickly. The overall install (AC and furnace) took longer than expected due to constraints in my home (not their fault). The installers were professional, clean, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
