I had Richard come to my house for a maintenance checkup on my AC unit. He looked over all the components and thoroughly tested power, refrigerant levels, component health, and other specs. Found one capacitor that was testing outside acceptable levels, potentially causing more strain on the motor, and had a replacement on hand. Swapped it out and headed in his way. I’m very happy with their service and professionalism, as well as how quickly they could get things checked and fixed. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs

Tempwise actually answered the phone when I initially called. Came by the home quickly. Diagnosed the problem and within a couple hours had a bid for repairs. Arrived to do those repairs as promised. Richard was very courteous and professional. We have cold air once again and everyone in the family is extremely happy. I had made four calls for service, including Richard at TempWise. I have yet to hear back from the other three companies. Richard truly does give a hoot!
