This is what you want in a business, honest and reputable. Especially in this day and age of not fixing and only replacing. We had Brandon out today and true to form, he did a great job and price was fair. If you don’t at least get a bid from Longs, you may not be getting the whole scoop on your needed repairs or replacements.

When our AC went out a few weeks ago, I called Long’s. Brandon was awesome to work with! He stopped by the same day, and while our AC was beyond repair, he did everything he could to get a new AC installed within 2 days. Our new system is so much better! I highly recommend Long’s!

Dee Long fixed the problems on two different occasions, two different problems. Both without trying to sell me a new furnace, and out furnace is well past its industry standard shelf life. He only charges for labor and parts he brought in, at fair value. We will look to him when our time comes to replace our furnace. I was referred to him and I will gladly pass along to anyone who needs furnace repair. He serves Utah and Salt Lake Counties. Maybe Davis & Summit.

I would most highly recommend Long’s Air service! They worked so quick and clean and extremely knowledgeable. We also had a water heater that went bad and they replaced that as well! I am so happy to have found a HVAC company that I will use again and again!
