There was three workers who came out to continue the work that needed done. They scrubbed the vent tube, fogged it, installed an extra return and cleaned every vent cover and return. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you!!

Coming home to a hot house in July in Texas is never fun. But thanks to Austen at Republic Air we now have a cool house. He looked over our system and explained all our options for service. Very knowledgable and professional. Kudos to Melanie manning the phones as well. Great job all around.

We love Republic. Their technicians are always extremely helpful and thorough. Their customer service is impeccable. Austen was no exception today. He went over everything we had going on in our system and they even back it up with photo evidence, which is helpful when they explain the pricey repair/ maintenance costs. Living in Texas, you have to keep up with the maintenance and service of your HVAC system and luckily Republic Heating and Air have excellent service plans that you can now pay monthly. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had to call Republic at 10pm on a Friday due to the A/C quitting. They sent Randy out at 7am the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and checked our entire system for any other issues. They worked with us to handle the cost. We can’t say enough positive (Honest, trustworthy, helpful, professional, prompt, hardworking, all the good stuff) about the service we received. Republic will definitely be our go to for system maintenance and any future issues.

I am a first time customer, and actually called my current hvac company who I pay a monthly service fee to, and they would not come until the morning. I have cancelled with them. Starting up with Republic now! Randy McLean did a fantastic job! Republic was the only 24/7 company who came after hours to help me when my a/c went down, I have a child on oxygen and needed this fixed asap, he drove to Dallas to get the motor needed to resolve my situation, came back after 10 pm to install. We greatly appreciate all your hard work in this heat! Thank You so very much. It’s great to know you can count on a company to do what they advertise. 🙂

I have mixed feelings. I was severely overcharged for a capacitor replacement after doing some additional research, but the tech was professional and talked me through everything my system needed. I’ll probably go with a different company for the additional repairs required; Folks can charge what they want and its up to the customer to accept or refuse so it is what it is, but there’s no way the price in this case was justified by the job completed.
