Walter Robinson arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He explained what may have caused continued leaking from the AC overflow pipe outside. He Checked my system and found no major issues. He did find and cleaned out some debris from pipes inside. I liked that he sent pictures with the summary of the visit. Walter went over and above by pulling away two limbs from my yard that had fallen during the storm. Very good experience. Thank you.

Air Tech of Pasadena is always professional and timely. We have always worked with Daniel (amazing) for our maintenance and although he was unavailable for our recent emergency visit, we were pleased to see that the excellent customer service we are used to with Daniel extends to the entire crew. One of our AC units went down the day before Hurricane Beryl and although we had a generator to power the home, the home was uncomfortable during the widespread power outage in the area. Even though the staff was battling their own power issues at their homes, they were able to get us on the schedule to replace the unit within 2 days which allowed us to cool the home and provide relief for our family. Jesus and Jacob and crew were diligent in their analysis and ultimately their installation. They worked efficiently and kept the home and outside areas clean. Time and Time again Miles (now Air Tech of Pasadena) has taken care of our family’s needs and we will do business with no one else. Thank you to everyone involved for your excellent service and for allowing us to give our family a safe and comfortable place to recover from the storm.

My tech is amazing and ALWAYS does a great job. However the call center is not helpful at all. The lady whom I spoke to was arguing with me about my service contract and she didn’t even let the tech know my house was on his schedule. The call center is a mess and I wish they could hire better people to help customers.
