Best customer experience for a family in need of cold air after an unexpected breakdown. I called them and they had a technician on the way within an hour and we had working AC again in less than 10 minutes. This was after calling 2 other “24 hour” companies that didn’t have any appointments until the next evening and tried to sucker me into a membership. None of that nonsense with Platinum Air.
