First, I almost never leave reviews but Honest Plumbing & Air was exceptional! I called 6 different companies prior to Honest and all charged fees for coming out and diagnosing my AC issue, not Honest. Very prompt, friendly, and they provide multiple options for repair. Will happily use again in the future and recommend to others.

Best AC company in the area that lives up to their name. Yes, you’ll get the best price, but you’ll also get true A+ service. James is the tech who came out twice to my house and made sure everything was working. Installers were professional and efficient. They did what they said they’d do and then some. I previously used a different company, but they’ll be my first call from now on.

Matt, the Honest technician, called and texted me several times to apprise me of exactly when he would arrive. He was courteous, conscientious and throughly checked my AC equipment to locate and discover the problem. All without charging me a single penny. I’ve already recommended Honest AC to a couple of neighbors. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. From getting an appointment to having my issue resolved. As a result of my experience, they are now my go-to AC company. I’m positive, if you give them the opportunity, you’ll be saying the same thing!
