Initially grilled on appointment details. Resultantly agreed on a 4 hour window for my appointment. This is the second time they did show up for the appointment. I received a call 47 minutes after my schedule window only to say they were running late. On Time Experts – Garland Tx. Very disappointing, the lack of communication is inexcusable. Sorry Peter Thomson (consumer advocate) I will respectfully disagree with your recommendation.

Same day service not guaranteed. My AC has been out since Saturday. Saturday night (13 July) we were told that a technician would be out. At 10pm we were told the technician would be the next day. Sunday (14 July) the technician came out and diagnosed the problem but could not get the part out of any of the warehouses because no one would pick up the phone. I was assured he would be out at approximately 0900 on Monday (15 July) with the part. At 1100 the technician arrived and installed the $750. 5 hours later the house was not cooling. Was told by dispatch that someone would be that night to fix it. At 9pm we were told someone would be there in the morning. At 10pm received a call from the manager. 16 July technicians came and trouble shot the system and everything looked good. Just a super hot house that took a long time to cool. They did notice low battery on my thermostats and changed the batteries for me.

Diara had to make multiple trips to our house due to incompetence on our rental houses property management and he was nothing but kind, helpful, and informative. Our property management even tried to blame a dirty air filter on me being the cause of the AC malfunction to the owner but Diara made clear to the owner that it was infact two major leaks not caused by us(the tenant). Huge relief that he had our back while our management company tried to blame the break on the crappy filters that they themselves sold us. Learned a lot about how to make sure our unit stays healthy and that also helped put our landlords mind at ease. Thanks again for being awesome! Rare to get that kind of customer service these days!
