This call was for a general plumbing tune up and hot water heater drain and flush. Colton from KCA showed as promised and took care of those things and also diagnosed a faucet problem in our kitchen as a worn out cartridge. We expect him back soon with the replacement part and that the issue will be resolved. We are satisfied customers.

David Lee with KCA services has been to our home multiple times to work on our AC units. He is very nice, professional, and consistently is able to diagnose and repair our issues, some of which have been quite challenging. He recently had to come back and fix a condensation drainage issue. He had to personally make a splash plate to redirect the condensation water flow. He once again proved what an excellent technician he is and is definitely an asset to KCA services.
