Had to replace our water heater. This required two visits, as we had an emergency call on Sunday, 6/23/24, as the tank was leaking profusely. Part One- Patrick arrived Sunday to deal with the leaking tank, after the water shut-off valve twisted off in my hand. Patrick did a quick repair to replace the ball valve, and get the water shut off to the old tank. Part Two- The old water heater was a problem to drain due to sediment buildup. Douglas, and Trystan, worked diligently to get the change-out taken care of as efficiently as they could. A fairly difficult job due to draining the tank, and tight quarters around the washer/dryer. They both did a fantastic job, and cleaned up on the way out. First rate work!
