Best A/C co. I’ve ever used. Our a/c broke down and Russ was here the next day and I now have a new a/c and a cool house. No one else was close to his price.He is also a very friendly person. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again Russ for getting here so quickly

Can’t get anyone from here to work on or replace my minisplit unit. I have contacted Russ several times about looking at my minisplit which isn’t heating and cooling properly. He seems like a nice guy and takes my call each time so I gave an extra star in my rating for that. Unfortunately, he refers me each time to his work associate companies TNG and also Prince which will not return voice messages or if I am lucky to get them on the phone, take my information and then never call back as they state. I have mentioned this to Russ to no avail. I have called most HVAC companies in the McMinnville area and the only two that will return calls and come out are Roscoe Brown (expensive) and A to Z Heating and Cooling (much more cost effective).

After a weekend without a/c, I called Sunday night and made an appointment for mid-morning on Monday. Russ was on time, and found the problem right away. Very personable and professional, and price was reasonable.

Mr. Russ is exceptional. I had no heat and I was in a panic but he had me up and going the next day. I also needed a heat kit installed when previous heat guy left me hanging…. he helped me locate the part I needed and installed it ASAP. He is honest and very reasonable with pricing. I dread dealing with repair men but Mr. Russ felt more like a friend helping me. Will use him for all my future needs.

Condenser fan wasn’t turning on , it was the capacitor the one he used turned the fan on but it wouldn’t cut off so I went and got the one for the ac and it worked fine. I’m sure it was just a bad capacitor even though it showed to be fine. Anyway 17.61 and I just changed it out and lucky that’s what it was and I liked the idea of the oem part. Wasn’t Mr.Turners fault the thing read good it just ran for 2 days and never cut off. See

On the most experienced and efficient air condition repairman I’ve ever seen. Had three other companies here at one time trying to repair my air-conditioner 3 years ago and they had my unit tore all to pieces and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and then A1 showed up and within 5 minutes new exactly what was wrong with it. And after 45 minutes had my air conditioner up and running. Since then I’ve used him two other times and my family and friends uses his service multiple times without any complaints or great expense. Thanks Russ
