Jerry came out to perform my semi-annual maintenance service. He was professional and very thorough. He called to let me know when he was en route, introduced himself upon arrival and promptly began working. Chancey & Reynolds also services the office complex where I have an office and I have always been impressed with any interaction I’ve had there also. Great job Jerry!!!

It’s easy to say someone did a good job when the bill wasn’t as high as expected, but Carson was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a fuse, and got the fan on my outdoor unit running again. Thank you C&R.

Never did I think I would have a good laugh and enjoy my time while having my HVAC serviced in the middle of a heat wave. Not only did Chancy & Reynolds come through for me in a pinch, but I had the pleasure of meeting Ehsan. He was kind, funny and efficient despite it being 90° outside and after hours on a Friday. Top notch service and team.

Ehsan deserves more than 5 stars!!! We had a misdiagnosis earlier in the week and Ehsan responded to our call at 7am on a Saturday morning to review & diagnose. 3 hours later we were up and running on the hottest day of the year. He had great communication, professional, and has earned our repeat business!!
