Tucker has been out to my house 3 times now and the last time, he and his manager Isaiah came out to work on my AC Unit. They have done everything humanly possible and it’s still not working but they are working with the AC Unit’s International Brand to see if the unit can be under warranty even though the builder, Carlyle, failed to register it when it was built. I also had another issue and asked if they could help and they both went out of their way to help me. Their customer service has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them and Bailey’s for any of your Heating and Air issues. They take the time to look at every possible issue and don’t stop until it’s fixed.

We requested help from Bailey’s with new outlets in an attic space bedroom and a new overhead light in a dining room with a plaster ceiling. Their first scheduled visit for a quote was very timely and professional. The gentlemen were kind and knowledgeable. We received a very reasonable quote soon after their visit. Today, our work was completed by Hunter and Landon. The two men worked diligently to install three outlets and an overhead dining room light in our 1930s home. They didn’t give up when they ran into obstacles with our plaster walls and ceiling. They remained positive the job could be done despite us being told by other electricians it couldn’t be done. These new outlets and lighting options will positively change how our family uses the spaces/rooms in our home. In addition to their “hired skills,” these two men were impressive in how they worked around my family being at home while they worked. They answered questions my younger boys had about “man work” and were so patient with them. I’m very impressed with Hunter and Landon’s grit, professionalism, and problem solving skills in our old home.

My elderly mother who is suffering from COPD and on oxygen, her a/c went out. She did what most people does and looked up local repairmen on Google to come diagnose the problem. Unfortunately she called these guys Baileys heating & air. 2 guys came out and looked at the unit. They told my mother that they replaced the capacitor and that did not fix the problem and although the unit isn’t that old the (clutch) is slipping and that she would need the whole thing replaced. They quoted her $7500. She explained to them that she doesn’t have that kind of money so someone from the office called her and ran her credit wanting to finance it for 15 years… Luckily, due to her having credit issues she didn’t qualify or else she would have signed the paper. After hearing what happened I called a company I trust (Local Heating & Cooling) in Rogersville to go check for a 2nd opinion. He went out & replaced the capacitor and guess what… it’s fixed. Either these guys are complete idiots and don’t know what they are doing (which I’m pretty sure they know how to replace a capacitor) or they intentionally tried to scam an elderly woman out of almost $8000. I believe the latter to be true.

I called Baileys to get a sub panel installed in my garage, the guys Hunter, Landon and Patrick were great, on time, polite, courteous and hard working. Price was fair and service was great. I’ve already agreed to get more work done by them.

The guy who came out was very nice and he got my heat pump fixed in no time I was glad he fixed it with it being so hot
