Tennessee Valley Homes, INC a week agoFollowing up to my review from a year ago, I would absolutely not recommend Tennessee Valley Homes. There are plenty of new construction homes available these days given the change in market conditions in the Nashville area and it’s very clear that the owners of Tennessee Valley do not prioritize the customer and ensuring that they are happy post construction. I have a list of warranty items that were submitted prior to our warranty expiring and here we are 6+ months later, and not a single item has been taken care of. They ARE under contractual obligation to ensure that these items are handled, but it’s clear that they do not intend to take care of these items without being legally forced to, which my neighbors had to resort to. I would assume this means they are financially burdened and cannot afford to follow through on the Warranty items. To me as a prospective customer, this would be a major red flag as I wouldn’t be confident they would be able to complete my new construction home let alone follow through on the warranty items. All of the options out there, ensuring that a builder follows through on their obligations as paramount and Tennessee Valley Homes cannot do that.

He ensured a seamless demo and had excellent communication with his subs and ourselves during the entire renovation process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
