We came home from a business trip to an 84 degree house. It was quitting time on a Friday and they still made time to work us in! He’s professional, knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you on parts you don’t need. Heck, he even was courteous enough to give some tips a homeowner can do for preventative maintenance! Great company, great people and they provide fantastic and affordable service. With 4 young boys, a wife and myself potentially in an oven of a house for the weekend, he was a blessing and we are thankful!

I was so happy withe service Michael and Best provided! They were on time and efficient and solved my problem very quickly. The professionalism and commitment to solving my problem is second to none! I wish other companies, especially in this type of industry were more like Best. They could all learn a thing or two about how customer service. The expertise and knowledge Michael had, and the patience to explain it to me in a way I would understand so that I was able to make a decision, was far beyond anything I’ve experienced. Michael literally saved the day. We noticed the other morning that although our AC was on, the temp in the house was getting higher and higher. I started calling around and every place I called wouldn’t be able to get us in for at least a day or two. Michael let me know he could work us in that afternoon. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Once he arrived, he explained he was certain that our capacitor had died and then explained how I could check on my own if it was the capacitor that had died without all the fancy gadgets. And when he hooked up his gadgets, yep, it was the capacitor. He also did a check to make sure the AC didn’t need any Freon. All in all, it was an excellent experience: Michael is kind, professional, and the price was very reasonable.
