My air stopped working when it was very hot out. Unfortunately, I was out of town until the end of the week. I called to see if they could possibly get me on the schedule for when I got home. They said they would pray that it was something small and inexpensive to fix. They had someone go out the very same day and check it (my neighbor has a key). I asked if they work with my “home warranty company” and they did not. But… they called the warranty company and got everything started with the company. By the time I got home on Friday, my air was repaired and it was 72 degrees in my house. I went down to pay them and only owed my warranty deductible (even though they had to make an extra trip to my house). I will never call anyone else.
