My AC was blowing tepid air… I called and they were willing to come to my house that afternoon… They didn’t try to sell me a new system as I have experienced with other AC companies in other properties… the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, good with dogs 😂… and came up with a solution to my AC problem and then proceeded to have parts on hand and fix the problem…. I would recommend Beach to anyone big or small!!

Reid and his team at Beach Heating and Air are extremely responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. The day we moved into our place in Hilton Head, one of our systems went out. We called them on the recommendation of our contractor and they showed up immediately. They were able to replace the system that day and we weren’t even customers at that point. I immediately signed a service contract with them and they’ve done a great job with service and maintenance. On memorial day weekend, we had another issue. One of the systems went down and they came out within a couple of hours on the Saturday of memorial day weekend and fixed our problem. Price was so reasonable! I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Our A/C went out on a Saturday at 5PM and they had their guys at our house the same day and In good time. They were quick, did the job correctly, explained everything very well especially since I know absolutely nothing about A/C and were very respectful people. Definitely keep their number in your contacts!

INCREDIBLE! We are so happy with these guys! They literally saved us. My A/C decided to turn itself onto emergency heat all night when it’s been 90 degrees and humid! They came first thing and I cannot say how professional and quick they were to diagnose and fix, and we are SOO grateful we don’t have to suffer in the heat all day waiting on some company to “work us in”. We felt #1 and they were excellent. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Thank you!!

Reid and his team were prompt, courteous and worked cleanly while replacing the HVAC unit in my vacation rental condo.I was referred to them by my realtor, Dave Thornton and they did not disappoint! I was able to get a new system with an up to date thermostat that could also be controlled by an app on my phone, all for what I believe was a very fair price.I would highly recommend Beach Heating and Air!
