I was able to call in, talk to a helpful receptionist and schedule a next day appointment (a few other companies in the area either only took my information and got back to me hours later or didn’t call back at all). The next day after scheduling, Elijah give me a 30 min heads up and showed up right on time. He was polite, professional and made sure everything was working as expected. Highly recommend this company for HVAC needs!

Price Services has managed my HVAC system which includes 2 zoned units and a ductless system in my 100 year old hunt box cottage. They have done installs, repairs, annual maintenance, and middle of the night emergency repairs. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, honest and respond in a timely manner to every request for service. Price Services is, quite simply, the VERY BEST full service HVAC company in WNC.

Price Services has friendly professional people working the phones. They were able to have a service tech come out the next day, which is great considering how hot it has been. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Two thumbs up for Price Services.
