Thank you, Johanna and Carl, for the outstanding service they provided for my family. Johanna’s response time was truly impressive, and her reassuring and informative approach quickly led to a diagnostic appointment being scheduled. Her attention to ensuring that the technician was well-versed with the Unico System and arranging a prompt appointment was greatly appreciated. As for Carl, I am grateful for his punctuality, expert handling of our unit, and remarkable expertise. Prior to reaching out to Low Country Air Solution, three other companies either refused to work on the unit or failed to follow up after the initial service call. This morning, I emailed four companies on the Unico Preferred Contractor’s list for an appointment, and Low Country Air Solution not only responded first but also had a technician at my house before anyone else even replied.

The techs here are super competent and professional; I know more than I let on, and that’s enough to know the techs are trustworthy. That’s a big deal. When one is dealing with an important and expensive component of one’s home like the HVAC system, it is paramount to have faith in your servicer. Take it from me: faith in the team at Low Country Air Solutions is well founded. Field reps are great; the silky-voiced office genie on the phone is other-world fabulous. Jo marshals her forces and expedites service like nuthin’ you’ve ever seen. FIVE STARS

This company Is professional, caring, timely, and extremely friendly. Their service is unparalleled in the HVAC world. The diagnostics performed by Josh were awesome. Everyone from the office staff up to the boss was helpful in making my potential nightmare an easy fix. I am recommending low country Air Solutions to everyone in my HOA and all of my friends. I wish everyone were as wonderful as LCAS!!! Recommend with no reservations

Low Country Air went above and beyond to help me and my tenant. The air conditioner went out at the worst time and they have volunteered to put in an new HVAC unit on a SATURDAY since my tenant’s son is getting married and family is coming in on the following weekend. They gave of their valuable time just to get the problem solved. I can’t recommend them enough. Glad to know there are still people that are caring and willing to go the extra mile when called for! I won’t use anyone else from this point on.
