The total experience has been great. The Installers Tavi and Dallas were very professional. They kept our house clean and worked very quickly. They both were friendly and courteous and after the install, they explained enough to us about the operation of the controls for us to get started. The system has performed flawlessly since its install both summer cooling and winter heating. We’ve had only one issue so far after a year of being installed. About a week ago during the recent really heavy rains, my wife discovered a leak in the downstairs unit. We called it in, and a tech (Brian) was dispatched within two days (I told the dispatcher that it wasn’t an emergency so no rush on getting a tech out). He was very professional and discovered the cause of the leak pretty quickly (it was a cracked condensate drain tray) and located the part locally at their facility. He drove up and picked up the part and when he came back about 20 mins later, he installed the new part, checked the unit over and was on his way. He had the protective covers on his shoes all the time he was in the house. Much appreciated.
