Couldn’t be happier. Everything from the initial service visit with Mike, to the installation with Justin and Steven was top notch. Very courteous, professional, and quick. My furnace had to keep being reset from the thermostat to blow heat. The company had to send a 2nd technician out, but both were kind and courteous. They were able to schedule me quickly. Trouble shot the issue with my furnace and have not had a problem since. Would definitely recommend their services.

Had an appointment scheduled for a new furnace evaluation. 90 mins before the appointment, Jen from his office saying that an emergency came up the day before and he couldn’t make the time. While other times were offered, I had re-arrange my entire day including ensuring I could work from home and take a late lunch to accommodate the apt. However, despite knowing the day before, the team thought it was fine and “good business” to let me know only 90 mins before the apt. I’m without a working furnace and their unprofessionalism is going to cause additional delays. To top this off, Jen’s nonchalant attitude and the fact that she raised her voice unnecessarily when I called out the unprofessional nature of sitting on this cancellation for a day was the cherry on top to not working to reschedule. Emergencies happen. I get it. However, having a scheduled apt for a non-heat “emergency” (they said non-heat was considered an emergency for them) makes me wonder what emergency trumped this emergency and if that was such an emergency why it wasn’t dealt with the day before when they found out about it. Not worth the headache and manipulation.

What a great company. I had them replace the furnace and air conditioning for an elderly family member. They coordinated with me to install the units while I was in town (actually bent over backwards to meet my needs). Gave me several options of equipment so I could decide on cost vs features. The installation was fast and professional and the installers were polite, personable and professional. I am very happy with the results.

Easy experience from start to finish. Came out gave a fair estimate with options for ac unit replacement. Then set up installation time and installed new system. Deposed of all old materials. Cleaned up and explained everything that was done and how to use. Great work
