Spencer and Chiller did our installation in a most professional manner. They were great to have in the house and kept the distribution to a minimum. They were very neat and courtesy. Excellent experience and very professional. From Reni, who set up the job – to the crew Matt, Matt and Michael who did the work. It took two days to complete because we have two AC units, and an attic air handler. I am still absolutely amazed that the guys got the old one out and put in the replacement air handler (2 ton) using the small existing attic opening. Highly recommended and will use again.

Naji just did our annual air conditioner maintenance. He was great: showed up on time, was perfectly professional, and made sure that we knew everything about our system. Unique has been right there anytime we needed them for both annual maintenance and repairs. I’m glad we have a maintenance contract with them.

Beshoy came out to give me a second opinion on a nonfunctioning compressor in my AC system. He was timely, conducted a thorough investigation of the unit, and described the issues he found in terms I could understand. Although it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, I feel more confident in my decision to replace the system after having Beshoy check it out.

As usual, the tech came on time and proceeded to go up on the roof to check out the mechanical aspects there. Then came in went up to check the return area, changed the filter and was out the door! Very efficient and very professional!

Very quick, professional, and nice work by the team throughout the replacement of a heat pump. We initially called to ask about an aging system and Unique Indoor Comfort sent Aaron out to help us diagnose / review our system. He helped get us in touch with Curt who provided us with multiple options / quotes based on our needs, performance, and cost. After accepting one of the quotes, installers Matt and Matt were able to replace our old and install our new within just a few hours with no issues. System is running great. This took place all within 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this company! Great work.
